Estate & Moving Sale #24 — Closes Wednesday April 29 @ 7pm
1 lot closes every 10 seconds. Bids within the final 60 seconds extend that lot by 2 minutes.
Bidding is a binding contract. Placing a bid commits you to pay for the item, including buyer's fee, taxes, and any storage or shipping costs. No cancellations.
1. Buyer's Fees & Taxes
10% internet buyer's fee on all purchases
2% processing fee on credit card payments
Taxes apply where applicable
2. Payment
Invoices are emailed by 9:30am the day after the sale. Credit cards on file are charged within 24 hours of the auction ending. Unpaid invoices on day 7 will be charged storage plus the card on file.
Accepted: Cash, Debit, Certified Cheque, Visa/Mastercard (2% fee), E-transfer to mcsherry.payments@gmail.com
Do not send e-transfers to mcsherryltd@gmail.com — they will not be deposited.
3. Pickup
12 Patterson Drive, Stonewall, MB R0C 2Z0 (off-site auctions may differ)
Monday–Saturday 9am–5pm, closed 12–1pm daily. Closed Sundays. Loader available when required.
Items must be paid and picked up within 6 calendar days of the sale ending. Storage charges begin day 7, even on paid invoices. Items left beyond 30 days may be treated as abandoned and resold — even if paid for. Arrange extended storage in advance if needed.
Weekly storage rates (charged per invoice based on the largest item):
Shelf / small items — $15
Pallet / furniture — $35
Vehicles / equipment / trailers — $75
4. Shipping
Available Canada-wide. Contact us after the auction with your details. Packaging and quoting take a few days — thanks for your patience.
5. Condition & Refunds
Refunds depend on the condition noted in the listing:
Working — report issues within 5 days of the sale
Untested — no refunds
No condition listed — no refunds (typically estate or untested items)
All items sold as-is, where-is. Review descriptions and photos before bidding. We do not guarantee completeness, functionality, or accuracy beyond what is written.
